If you’ve been stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-blame, and unhealthy relationships, this is where your growth begins.
If you’re here, it’s because you’re committed to growth.
You’ve tried pushing through on your own, but the anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship struggles still follow you.
Maybe you’re tired of the inner critic that won’t quiet down.
Maybe you’ve minimized your pain for too long, telling yourself it “wasn’t that bad.”
Or maybe you’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else that you’ve forgotten how to care for yourself.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And with the right support, healing is possible.
You’ve spent years trying to hold it all together.
On the outside, you look fine.
But inside, it feels like a different story.

You’re exhausted from relationships that drain you, yet setting boundaries feels impossible. Anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, shame spirals, and a critical inner voice that won’t quiet down. Therapy offers a place to finally understand and shift these patterns.

It feels like you’re stuck on a hamster wheel of pressure and self-doubt. Pushing through hasn’t lifted the weight. Healing begins in connection, in a safe space to slow down, breathe, and process. With O’Hara, the therapy dog, calm and co-regulation are there when emotions feel overwhelming.

You may already turn to yoga, nature, or holistic practices for moments of peace, but you’re ready for more. You're ready to work with someone who demonstrates compassion and steady presence because you know this is where balance, self-trust, and growth begin.
If you’ve been stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-blame, and unhealthy relationships, this is where your growth begins.
Welcome
I’m Susan Martinez, a bilingual therapist with a heart-centered, gentle approach.
For years, I’ve worked with adults who are deeply committed to growth but feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, shame, or unhealthy relationships. Many of my clients are teachers, therapists, and professionals—people used to supporting others—who come to me when they realize they need a space for themselves, too.
With compassion, cultural understanding, and a holistic lens, I help clients silence their inner critic, build self-esteem, and create healthier patterns. And with the support of O’Hara, my therapy dog, you’ll always have a space where you feel safe and seen.

Are You Ready For Thriving Beyond Survival?
The racing thoughts, the shame spirals, the constant self-blame—you don’t have to keep living this way. Therapy offers a safe space to finally slow down, breathe, and release the patterns that have kept you stuck in self-doubt and unhealthy relationships.
Here, healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in connection—with compassionate support, with holistic practices that honor your whole self, and the opportunity for animal assisted therapy, with the gentle presence of O’Hara, the therapy dog, who brings calm and grounding when emotions feel overwhelming.
