Are anxiety, mood swings, or past trauma keeping you from living the life you envision? I specialize in helping adults, adolescents, and couples navigate these challenges with empathy and expertise. With years of experience in treating anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma, I create a safe, collaborative space where you can heal and thrive. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress tailored to your unique needs.

In addition to offering evidence-based traditional therapies, I provide the only canine-assisted therapy program in the area. My specially trained therapy dog, O’Hara, brings comfort, grounding, and emotional support to sessions, helping clients open up and connect on a deeper level. Canine-assisted therapy is particularly beneficial for reducing stress, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering emotional regulation.

For those seeking a holistic approach to mental health, I integrate therapies like art, music, yoga, and Reiki into treatment. Whether you're exploring creative outlets for self-expression or utilizing yoga and mindfulness to calm the mind, these options allow us to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Let me support you in taking that first step toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Moreover, my expertise includes conducting and writing psychological evaluations for U visas, VAWA petitions, cancelation of removal, extreme hardship, and political asylum cases. I trained at Columbia University and have taken a ariety of continuing education courses on conducting immigration evaluations. I have been a member of Physicians for Human Rights since 2017.
